ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
SemArcH continually strives to produce buildings that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient. This is done by ensuring that serious consideration is given to every aspect of design, from location and setting out, to design, construction, operation, renovation, and maintenance.
Key goals are to create greener buildings, and to reduce the impact of the built environment on human health and the natural environment. This requires a delicate balance between the efficient use of energy, water, and other resources, whilst protecting the occupants health and ensuring productivity.
Part of the continuous training and development plan at SemArcH is to ensure that staff is kept up to date with the new technologies that are constantly being developed. |
