Founded in November 2000, SemArcH (Pty) Ltd was established to service the mining, industrial and residential sectors of Architectural Design. Over the past nine years, SemArcH has successfully completed a number of Implementation projects involving specialised processes. The knowledge and experience gained has facilitated the development of young multi-ethnic individuals. SemArcH has, from its inception, always applied a policy of mentorship which enabled transfer of skills, experience and wisdom.

Our mission is to be a leading architectural practice in the field of cost effective and appropriate architectural designs that add value to our clients businesses. We aim to do this by:

• Offering our clients appropriate and value added architectural engineering solutions.
• Forming joint ventures with other professionals to provide a complete engineering service to our clients through synergy, availability of specialist skills and management facilities.

• Pre-Feasibility studies.
• Appraisal of client’s requirements and conception of design brief.
• Proposals of Conceptual design sketches.
• Review of design with local municipalities.
• Feasibility proposals and Cost estimate (in association with QS)
• Administration of Local Municipality applications.
• Design development and generation of technical documentation.
• Administration of Contractor Tender Procedure.
• Building contract administration where required.
• Post-contract liaison and assistance to Contractor.
• Completion Inspections and Handover.

In co-operation with other companies and members of the professional team, we can provide additional services that are closely related. These include:
